For Instructors
Create your account & connect Stripe
Sign up with your email, complete a short onboarding wizard, and connect your Stripe account. The whole process takes about five minutes.
Add your students
Build a lightweight roster with each student's name, parent contact info, and default lesson rate. No bulk imports needed — just add students as you go.
Bill after each lesson
Tap 'Bill' next to any student on your dashboard. Syncopay generates a secure Stripe Checkout link and emails it to the parent — automatically. One tap, done.
Get paid directly
Parents click the payment link and pay securely via Stripe. Funds go directly into your Stripe account — Syncopay is never the middleman for your money.
Share your public profile
Syncopay creates a branded public page for you — complete with your bio, lesson policies, and contact info. Share it with prospective students or link it from social media.
Automated Reminders
Forgot to follow up on an unpaid invoice? Syncopay sends configurable reminder emails automatically. Set your preferred schedule (e.g., 3 days, 7 days, 14 days after billing) and never send an awkward "just checking in" message again.
Recurring Lesson Schedules
For regular students, set up a weekly or biweekly billing schedule and Syncopay handles it automatically. Invoices are generated and sent on each lesson day — no manual billing needed. You can skip individual dates for holidays, pause the schedule, or cancel anytime. Recurring invoices are clearly labeled so parents know they're part of an ongoing arrangement.
For Parents
Receive an invoice email
After each lesson, parents receive a clear email with the lesson details, amount, and a secure payment link.
Pay securely via Stripe
One click opens a Stripe Checkout page. Parents can pay with any major credit or debit card — no account creation required.
View invoices in the Parent Portal
Parents can sign in via magic link (no password needed) to view all outstanding and past invoices in one place.
Security & Trust
Syncopay never touches your money. All payments flow directly through Stripe — the same infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses. Parent payment links are secured with unique, expiring access tokens. We never store credit card details.
