What is Syncopay?
Syncopay is a billing tool for private music instructors. After each lesson your instructor sends a secure payment link via email. You click, pay, done — no app to download. Your instructor may also share a public profile page with their bio, lesson policies, and contact info.
How Payments Work
Receive an invoice email
After a lesson, you'll get an email with lesson details and a secure payment link.
Click to pay securely
The link opens a Stripe Checkout page. Pay with any major card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — takes about 30 seconds.
View invoices anytime
Sign into the Parent Portal to see all invoices in one place.
Your Privacy & Security

Common Questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can pay directly from the emailed link. Optionally, sign into the Parent Portal via magic link to view all invoices — no password needed.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Syncopay never sees or stores your card details.
Can my instructor see my card details?
No. Your instructor only sees the invoice status (paid or unpaid).
What if I have a question about an invoice?
Contact your instructor directly — they have full visibility and can adjust charges.
Can I view past invoices?
Yes. Sign into the Parent Portal with your email to view all past and current invoices.
Need to pay an invoice?
Access the Parent Portal to view and pay your outstanding invoices.
